The Spotted Owl

We were pretty disappointed in our first visit and won’t return. The person serving us was helpful and friendly but sadly the food is just not at the same level. Expensive for a bland burger and overdone okonomiyaki that was a chore to eat. Inside the restaurant was pretty crowded and overall quite busy. Sitting area inside and outside. Table service available and pay at the counter. Toilets available. Don’t think you could get a wheelchair or stroller in the inside sitting area.

This was an amazing place when it was just opened, it's still pretty decent. Mostly loud families, loud groups of older women; if you want a quiet place to eat breakfast I wouldn't recommend. Food is amazing, and they have all inclusive options. Desserts are good but mostly dry slices or healthy alternatives.

The Spotted Owl is a great place to go in Sunbury for a bite to eat or a coffee! Today, I had the Sushi Bowl and... wow! It was amazing! The flavour, aroma and, everything about the Sushi Bowl was... great!

Best coffee in Sunbury, The food is great and staff are friendly ,the only thing off putting is the loud head banging music! If you want somewhere, quiet and relaxing, I wouldn’t recommend here unfortunately. Vegetarian options: Gluten, intolerant and vegetarian friendly . Parking: Plenty of parking

The staff at spotted owl are friendly and helpful . Sadly, we weren't impressed with our toastie, it was very short of tomato and ham ..The tomato was one very small slice and it was the same on both toasties..Have to find another place to go as we are new in the area .

First going the other day, no expectations. The food was great, the staff are friendly. def will go back.Food: 5/5

I'll admit I ordered very simple, eggs on toast. But it was disappointing, 2 eggs on 1 piece of hard dry toast, not even a hint of butter on the toast. For $12 I thought it would have been at least 2 pieces of toast. The hot chocolate however was delicious. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice.

Nice service, decent coffee but small and meals that are ok. I had the beef burger and chips. The burger tasted like it was cooked from frozen and was tough and there were only about a dozen chips on the plate. My partner got the scrambled eggs which were light and fluffy but lacked any real flavour.

Our table outside was very pleasant and allowed us to bring our dog. Food was yummy and reasonably priced.
