Horrible service ! Messed up my order completely and was asking to come back for a refund. Driving up and down? Are they paying for my petrol because I love 20 mins away? Ordered no eggs in my noodles, they put egg. I got horrible allergic reaction. On top of it the retarded manager had the stupidity to yell at me. Anyone who works in customer service should know that customer comes first. At our work we follow this rule, that is why our business gets better rates.
Had to wait 20 minutes for my food that i ordered over the phone. I could see it sitting there and while i tried to get their attention to tell them they rudely told me to wait. To top the expierence off, they made my order completely wrong. Hire more people for lunch rush. Simple. Food was cold when i finally got it. Pathetically organised customer service is given here and they should be ashamed.
This place makes really good noodles, and the quantity of the ingredients such as; prawns, onions, broccoli and basically everything in the selection window is amazing. They really put a generous amount in there and don't cheap out like most other noodle restaurants who barely put any of the other ingredients and simply just pack it with more noodles and hardly any sauce.. Noodle Box Roxburgh Park is my favourite noodle shop, period.. I always make a custom box selection and i have never been dissatisfied.. I always get the biggest size and it always hits the spot. The price point might seem a little high at roughly $18.00 for the large size, but that doesn't matter for me as the taste and quality of the food far outweighs the cost.
Said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but when we got there they took our money and said they haven't started cooking yet. Ended up having to wait no less than 40 minutes. Would give less than -3 stars.
Not a bad spot. food is good. The only thing I can say is they need to cut there beef a bit smaller and is a bit bland.
Beef only half cooked. Looked more like they microwaved the raw ingredients and sent it on its way. For what they charge, the least you'd expect is cooked food.
Fast Food atmosphere.
First time I’ve tried this place and gotta say the food was absolutely delicious I wasn’t expecting it to be this great not to mention the delivery was quick definitely 10/10.
Charged for extra vegetables $3 extra was not given even a half serve of vegetables. When I rang was treated very badly. This is my second time of feeling like I didn't get the meal I wanted.
