Actually amazing - being keto and having very limited dining out options - this place is perfect. Burgers were delicious, it was nice to eat sides that were keto friendly Halloumi and zucchini fries and have bullet coffee. The only thing that would've made it better is macros for all menu items.

Service in this place is definitely below average. Food was an average wait time maybe 25 minutes Food was delicious however very expensive.
Good food, great coffee, lovely staff.
Service was a bit slow with parts of our order coming out about 10 mins apart. Made eating in our group a bit awkward when half of us were either starting or finishing well before the others. Food and coffee was on point with great flavours and variety for the allergy affected amongst us. Nice vibe and friendly staff, making us feel welcome. Would recommend for those who don't mind chatting and waiting a little or have food allergies.
The concept of this place is good, however the experience was another matter altogether. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fruit juice drinks, it took 30min for the food to arrive and it wasn’t even busy. On one of the burgers we asked for the ‘shack special sauce’, was told that they don’t even have that sauce even after checking with the so called chef more about that later. Once I pointed to the menu and showed them they actually do have that sauce the response was “oh yeah ok”...after all of that the wrong sauce arrived anyway. Once the food did arrive, it was nothing like we ordered. The burger was served on two small pieces of bread, not like the bun that was on the menu. The chicken tenderloin was not tenderloin at all, but meat from some unidentified part of the chicken that was still pink and not cooked properly, the chef has no idea. Soggy sweet potato fries to top off one of the most disgusting meals I’ve had for a long time. For the pleasure of 2 fruit juices and 2 burgers....$67, not only was it bad food but an absolute rip off. While we were there 2 other people also took their food back clearly just as unhappy as we were. This place is a disgrace with incompetent staff and I’d avoid it at all costs. Will never return.
Stopped in early on a Saturday morning for takeaway breakfast. Amazing bacon and egg rolls, generous portions. Pancakes were lovely and coffee was perfect. Will be back again!
Went for lunch last weekend. Tables we’re unclean. Food is pricey and food we had was overcooked and underwhelming. We had their baked eggs and the eggs were way over cooked, the sauce was way too chunky. Coffee was fine, but won’t be back.
