La Zona Bar and Grill offers a wide menu range which is sure to meet the needs of even the fussiest of eaters. We provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your meal. Whether you are here for a quick coffee and cake, breakfast, lunch, or dinner experience we aim to provide you with high quality service and delicious food.

Along with our everyday a la cart menu we offer a range of specials including:
- $15 lunch special (Monday to Friday)
- $15 lunch special (Saturday & Sunday)
- $30 dinner set menu, with a choice of 7 dishes for entree and main (Sunday to Friday)
- La zona party menu

We also cater to large groups so if you have a special occasion to celebrate we have a party menu with 3 different options to choose from.

Good food and great service. Serving sizes are very generous.

Meals were a bit slow to arrive but well worth the wait. We had the chef's special roast pork belly with berry compote, spinach and sweet potato curls with panna cotta for dessert. An excellent meal and great, friendly service. Highly recommend.

I've been going to LaZona cafe since it first opened with Irene, the owner, running it. It has always been my go-to Gymea cafe due to the great service, friendly staff, excellent prices , fantastic $14 lunch specials which began at $12 and generous servings.  However, Irene has now left and the new owner Craig has not only changed the name recently to LaZona Grill and Bar, but has also hiked up the prices way too high and diminished the serving size. For example - the quinoa,chicken and pumpkin was $14 with loads of chicken and pumpkin is now less than half the original size but has price increased to $17 WITHOUT chicken and a whopping $21 with chicken. And it's less than half the original $14 serving. That's a HUGE price increase of $7! Way too pricey when you're getting almost an entree serving!  Mothers Day menu was very limited and because we arrived before 11 but didn't order until just after 11, we weren't permitted to order off the breakfast menu- very disappointing and felt like a money grab re menu's limited choice , as all prices started at $17! So opposite to the options offered when Irene was the owner.  The positives are the long-standing staff who are friendly, professional and give 5 star service.  All of my friends and family who I have brought to LaZona over the years are not wanting to dine here any longer as we no longer have the lunch special menu of $14 with great selection of hearty meals and can no longer have a cheaper dining experience for a casual weekday lunch.  I don't want to stop dining here as I love the staff and feel loyal to them, but the huge price increases is not sitting well for me or my friends and family.  My advice is to bring down your prices BIG-TIME if you want to keep loyal, return customers such as myself or you'll be losing a huge proportion of the Gymea locals.

Quite small and cosy with an outdoor area which affords a view of the passing "village". The food is much better than you might expect for a cafe that at first looks like an extension of the restaurant next door. Definitely recommended.

Until recently I have been a regular customer here, not anymore had extremely rude waitress telling me what I can/cannot eat & drink. This was very off putting would not recommend under current management. The menu isn't to bad, risotto would needs a lot of work.

They did all they could to welcome us in on a wet and windy Mothers Day and make sure we were comfortable. Guess what happened next ?. They served wonderful food with fast and friendly service second to none. Couldnt fault it !!.

Menu is simple but a real good meal. Great value is their entree and main special. Overall great quality and value

My family often meet here for a meal. Food is always delicious,  staff friendly and food always served with a smile. Very impressed with the whole set up of lazonas.

Lovely lunch there on Monday for my birthday. Great food and great service.My first visit. Would definitely visit again.

It's ok, nothing out of the ordinary though. Have been overcharged on multiple occasions the breakfast special and full-priced breakfast are named identical and usually charged for the more expensive of the two.
