Ordered these today via Uber Eats. Meal arrived a bit late but it was okay. Pork and veggies were cooked perfectly but would be nicer if it had a bit more seasoning. The potatoes were really good though. The batter was a bit peppery- I liked it! Had a taste of the pork skin but didn't finish it because some parts were a bit soggy already. Bubble tea was delicious. Really nice, firm pearls. Cheesecake was average. The jam on top was a bit too tangy for my liking. Overall, it's okay. A bit overpriced.
Absolutely disgusting customer service by the lady. Ordered a lamb sandwich, asked if she could please spread the onion out the onion as they had it clumped together in one section on the sandwich, she then glared at me as if I was out of line. Sandwich was yuck! Not worth the money at all. However, the sushi place next door was so good! Maybe ask them for advice on how to treat your PAYING customers
Pork meal meat had a weird flavour in the meat. Almost poisonous tasting. and the roll I ordered had a tiny amount of meat with like 1 small shred of lettuce. This place used to be decent, something has happened that has changed their portions and the flavour of their food. Very strange
Ordered a large lamb meal and it was pretty gross, not worth the money you pay and the service is the worst. So rude, if you want a good roast meal go to Euro roast in Papakura. A lot better then this place
Ordered with Uber Eats, excellent service from Uber. However the same can’t be said for the roast lamb meal I had, worst ever - no taste, gravy was bland and lamb was tough. First and last time ordering from this restaurant unfortunately!
Save your money! Service is terrible both the man and the lady look miserable. Paid $7.50 for a pork roll was basically a French stick with one slice of pork diced up as thinly as they could get it, tiniest amount of lettuce and a few sliced onions. Shy with the gravy even! Wont go back basically a dry bread with a smidgen of filling.
Order off Uber eats first time trying Roast House. Beef roll a little dry could of buttered bread instead of just putting lettuce 1 slice of onion and meat on top with gravy.
I wouldnt dare to ask for an extra piece of crackle from them youd get the death stare silent treatment even after you offered to pay extra for it lol Theres just not enough pork in NZ to cater for an extra crackle!! Bahaahhaaha yeah naaah very bad service!
$12.50 small beef roast & a sweet taro bubble tea... was just what the doctor ordered lol
Good Food, Bad Service. Have been there a couple of times and always get served by a rude gentleman who seem like he does not want to be there.
