So average. I know this is some people's home-away-from-home on Courtney Place. It's cheap and big and has all the stuff you need: jugs, wine, spirits, pool, pub quiz etc. But my god it's got no character.
Location and selection are top notch, staff are nice enough, but it's just a bit of a lame duck as far as "cool" goes.
Wouldn't choose this place if asked.

Bar staff are a lot of fun, drinks are well priced. Lacking a smoking area (due to new council policy).

Best doorman ever. Great pub with an eclectic, diverse, and super friendly crowd.

I always have a great time when I come here. The staff are very friendly and it has a nice selection of areas.
