Beautiful theatre with a more intimate experience compared to other Melbourne venues making it far easier to see the stage. Great sound and lighting setup with adequate amenities. Easy to access via tram and bus being relatively central to the city.

Went and saw the Book of Mormon, great show. The theatre was amazing! It's so well preserved from its original era. The beautiful and comfy seats. The view was fantastic, and the production had a good budget. I assume most seats in house are good views but I got the best by far, row A in the dress circle.nWith a decent sized foyer. The staff were very friendly and prompt with their work. The place itself is a work of art. Must visit for theatre and architecture lovers and people new to melbourne.

 Book of Mormon at The Princess TheatrennThe Princess Theatre was very comfortable with spacious seats and solid amount of leg room. It was easy to get to your seat and refreshments were easy to grab before the show.nnRow Q has a pretty great view as you're still able to see the expressions of each actor and really experience the show.nnKeen to come back again for another show!

I think this is a beautiful venue, old but well kept and clean, we were 5 minutes late but they had plenty of staff lined up to allow people in as soon as the current scene finishes up, they make the instructions clear to follow the restart member to your seat and it’s go go go.nnThe Book of Mormon was also fantastic and I’d go see it again and again. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to watch a show. The Beautiful Noise musical was worth the trip across the country.
