Beautiful magnificent old theatre with great seating. Saw the vibrant and fabulous Sister Act. A fabulous night out and a fun musical. The staff at The Regent were very quick to deal with some disgusting patrons who thought it was ok to throw drinks at other patrons and start a fight. Absolutely disgusting behaviour but very well handled by the staff.
Regent theatre always puts on a good show. Most recently saw Sister Act. The theatre room itself is amazingly ornate and you should take the time to look around and up to the roof before the show starts.nnThe staff are very friendly, and there are great amenities like a cloak room and bar. The balance of your experience will really depend on what show you’re seeing, but I’m sure it will be good: it’s regent theatre.
8 Jun 2024 - We went to the Regent Theatre to watch the theatre play 'Wicked'. Loved it so much.nThe theatre has been renovated. It looks very clean and elegant.nWe were at the highest seating area Dress 4, Row R but it still felt okay and does not feel that far up.
Very nice theater. We went to see Wicked and it did not disappoint. The set was well done. It felt like you were actually in the land of Oz. The theater is not overly big so every seat is a good seat.
A beautiful event at the Regent theatre. Watched Sister Act performance. Great choreography, singing harmonies and awesome stage production. Comfortable seats and friendly customer service staff. Highly recommended
