Gorgeous spot. Hadn't been for years - since before the renovations. It's a beautiful fit out and calm vibe with classy touches such as the warm lamps and vintage plates. We all enjoyed all the food and the wine list has a lot of variety. Exceptional service. Would recommend for a date night or a nicer style dinner with friends. Courtyard is very pretty too.
Corner Location with a fine selection of food and wine. Recently spruced up and looks very fresh and inviting. Cafe from 7 am Happy hour 4-6 Seating inside & out. Super attentive staff!
We celebrated some very belated birthdays at High Road Cantina tonight. The service was friendly and attentive as it was a quiet night. The Feed Me set menu was mostly delicious with only one dish that didn’t impress. We had a really nice evening and left satisfied but not over fed.

I really like this restaurant. 4 of us went for dinner yesterday evening Sunday 4 December. We sat in the courtyard at the back as it was quite a warm evening. Both the service and the food was excellent. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked and a very generous size. It was really first class. The others had the mussels which they all enjoyed. The service was great and we really appreciated that the serving person suggested that a smaller serve of mussels was quite enough - he was right! Overall a great evening with great food and great service..
Brilliant spot. Was surprised it was so quiet for an evening - maybe word not yet got out. Had the half chicken I never order chicken but it was amazing - soft, SO juicy and tender and flavorsome, the steak - cooked perfectly, amazing fries, and some lovely sides. Great friendly service. Inside a little plain but courtyard stunning, but all in all, reasonable, enjoyable, and fantastic food, highly recommended and will be back!
yum Italian classics done to perfection, some with a twist and familiar pub classics if you're so inclined. good wine list and cosy, dog friendly beer garden with heaters!
It’s wonderful to see the old post office ooze atmosphere once again. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner each of us trying different food from the menu. Portion sizes are decent. Food was delicious and we received our plates together - hooray! Produce is selected by chef - it makes a difference. The staff were relaxed and attentive without being pushy. Great selection of wines. Don’t leave without checking out the deli - we left with bread and pastries.
Renovations have breathed life into this old pub. Quality drinks and elevated pub food.

Absolutely love this place! A perfect mix of all good things, classy, artistic, amazing service, all staff always super friendly and welcoming, great cultural events for community with strong values in supporting culture and artists, super clean, including the restrooms, potentially the best bathrooms in St Kilda, silly I know but important matter lol. Best of all, amazing food! Regularly try different items in the menu and everything always cooked to perfection, super delicious and pretty satisfying portions sizes, all made with the highest quality ingredients including the best meat cuts for all steak lovers out there. Can't have enough of it! Super cool place to hang out with a group of friends, or on a nice date, or on your own, we all get hungry after all and it's way more fun to eat out enjoying great tunes and vibes, than having to cook at home after a long day of work ;
