Hotel was lovely but we had a bad experience when dining their. Waited about a hour for meal and eventually when arrived my wife's food and plate was cold. When we complained they apologised and took the food away, about 10 mins later plate arrived back plate was still cold but food was a little bit hotter. I think they just put the food in the microwave as the portion was the same as my wife left.
