Really awesome range. Things are well laid out and easy to find. Prices are reasonable and a bit on the pricier side but given the range and selection it's worth it. Their hiring service for balloon helium is also efficient. The best part is the underground parking underneath the building.

It's party stuff. Always good for getting cheap costumes for my six year old daughter. It's big. You may lose your child if you are not careful.

only few things get 5 stars but this time party people deserves it. I bought a helium balloon for a birthday and lady said it'll last for couple of days. My balloon is still up, and the birthday was almost a month ago. I'm very satisfied it was a quick service and not expensive at all, not to mention the outcome which is a balloon decoration for couple of weeks! :)
there are plenty of balloon options and services for parties for all ages.

The young girl who helped my daughter and I with our balloon selection for my Mum's 100 birthday was excellent considering it wasn't her area.  The woman who took my money obviously doesn't enjoy her job and shouldn't be anywhere near paying customers.

Very large story with a wide variety of products. There are two levels to it, which is not immediately obvious, but you need to climb some stairs to reach the second level; I didn't see mobility access to the second level but I might have just missed it. The staff I interacted with were friendly and interested. 

The pricing is on the high side, but given the range of things you can pick up here it is probably worth it. They sell candy as well as general party supplies.

Apparently there is underground parking as well, as there is no parking out front.
