Steve and the team at The Outdoor Furniture Specialists in Bundall have absolutely amazed me with the level of customer service and after sales support that they provided recently. I had purchased a large $700 outdoor umbrella from the store and the manufacturer's warranty gave me only 12 months coverage. The umbrella failed after 2 years with a broken part so I contacted the store in the hope that they would be able to source a replacement part or direct me to someone who could fix my umbrella. Steve was very sympathetic and went waaaaaay above and beyond to provide a solution to my problem. Steve would have been completely within his rights to tell me that the item was out of warranty and there was nothing he could do. Instead, I was completely blown away by the generosity and customer service approach shown by Steve and the other helpful staff at OFS. This is some of the best after sales service I've ever experienced and it shows that they REALLY care about their customers. Do yourself a favour and shop at their store. This is not the first time I've been impressed by their attitude but I thought I should let others know on this occasion. They'll be my first stop for any outdoor furniture needs from now on. Business owners with this much integrity deserve everyone's support.
