Located in cosmopolitan Broadbeach Queensland, The Oasis includes award winning restaurants and cafes, over 100 specialty stores and services and has direct access to patrolled beaches.

Ground floor shopping at The Oasis will inspire. Beautiful jewellery, fashionable clothing and beachwear with shoes for all occasions. For those who love the aromas of beautiful perfumes and cosmetics or just a coffee with friends, you'll have fun exploring the ground floor.

Up one level and you'll think you're in heaven. One floor of fashion from casual clothing through to evening wear. And to show off your new fashion outfits, you will need to visit our fine jewellers. If redecorating the home is more your style, we can tempt you with beautiful art works, carpets and antiques along with unique opal and gems. So much shopping to do on level 1. Come and also visit our Medical Precinct on Level 2 with handy dedicated medical precinct parking.

Your lifestyle shopping centre, The Oasis offers a medical centre, legal and financial advisors along with health & wellbeing stores such as gyms, massage, physio, yoga and pilates classes.

An icon on the Gold Coast is The Oasis Monorail which runs from 10am daily connecting you to beaches, shopping, entertainment, Sofitel Gold Coast resort and Jupiters Casino. With two stations on level 2 of The Oasis and a station at Jupiters Casino, you can "Take The Ride" and experience the sites of Broadbeach from above. Services run every 15 minutes until 10pm and midnight Friday & Saturday. Rides are just $4.00 per person per ride and children under 7 years are FREE!

The Oasis boasts over 1200 car parks available 7 days and nights with access to all shopping and commercial levels and 3 hours FREE parking. Access to our undercover car parks are via Victoria Avenue or Charles Avenue. While you're shopping in our centre, you can have your car washed and detailed by professional people who take pride in making your car look a million dollars.

The Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach is a convenient, multi-use complex that really does live up to its name — a great little “oasis” in the middle of the action. Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, getting groceries, or just looking for somewhere to cool down after the beach, it’s got a bit of everything.nnThe location is perfect — right in the heart of Broadbeach, just a few minutes from the beach and close to the tram stop. It’s easy to get to, and there’s ample parking, including underground spaces, which is a big plus in such a busy area.nnThe complex has a nice mix of retailers. You’ll find fashion stores, homewares, beauty salons, and a handful of gift and boutique shops — not huge chain stores, but more of a relaxed, local vibe. It’s not a mega mall like Pacific Fair, but that’s actually part of its charm. It feels more personal, less overwhelming, and easy to navigate.nnOne of the best parts is the Woolworths supermarket downstairs — super convenient for locals or if you’re staying in a nearby apartment. There’s also a pharmacy, newsagent, bottle shop, and post office, which makes it really practical for day-to-day needs.nnThe food scene here is surprisingly good. From quick eats to sit-down dining, there’s a decent range. We tried Madison’s Café and it was excellent — great coffee and well-priced breakfast. There’s also sushi, pizza, Thai, and a few casual spots with beach views. The outdoor dining area upstairs is a lovely place to relax with a drink or meal.nnThe centre is clean, well-maintained, and rarely feels overcrowded, which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. There are also ATMs, public restrooms, and lifts for easy access to all levels.nnOnly reason it’s not 5 stars is that some areas feel a little dated and could use a refresh, and it doesn’t have the huge variety of stores that larger centres offer. But overall, it’s a reliable, welcoming place that ticks a lot of boxes.nnIf you’re staying in Broadbeach or nearby, The Oasis is super handy and worth a visit — whether you’re shopping, eating, or just passing through.

Good centre for a little simple shopping. However, being a Broadbeach resident and visiting frequently, I find that there is rarely if ever any soap in the dispensers in the women’s toilets. I have been here 3 times this week and none of the 3 dispensers has had soap. Really annoying, unhygienic and bad look!!! Centre Admin, you need to talk urgently to your cleaning team.

Really like Oasis. Parking is easy, the place always looks nice and tidy, and it’s clean overall. The toilets are well maintained, there’s a nice view, and plenty of good food and cafe options.nStaff are friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a relaxed vibe. Easy place to shop, eat.

It’s not a big shopping centre but a great place to visit in Broadbeach.nMost people are just walking around on the ground floor since there are restaurants, a wide variety of stores and, Woolworths.nOn the first floor, there are mostly clothing stores and some massage shops.nOn the second floor, there are only a 24/7 gym and the language academy but nice dome shaped roof and great overlooking view.
