I found them super helpful. After I bought a part and stuffed up the repair myself they even sorted it out for me free of charge. There seems to be a few bad reviews for them but I've found them to be nothing but helpful so I would absolutely recommend them
they do not deserve 1 star .the old lady at the mower shop told my husband would be 2 days for our whipper sniper we said to them if its not fixed in 4 days to call and we will pick it up . after 9 days we later no call or anything and still has not been touched couldn't tell me when they would get to it could of rang and let me know and my husband would of went and picked it up ..we went to another place and they fixed it straight away this old lady has no customer service or how to treat customers maybe she should retire as the brain is not good as it might of been stay away from here if u want your stuff fixed alot quicker will never come back here not even for a spark plug or 2 stroke oil .VERY BAD SERVICE
really rude to deal with went in to get some parts the woman behind the counter does not how to deal with customers when i was asking about the parts for my ride on mower she tried to get me to leave it there so they can put the parts on and i said no i can do it my self her attitude changed and got rude raising her voice at me and i ended up walking out and will never go there again

Would not recommend Dave, creates a dangerous situation on the road and then Rams his vehicle into others, attempted to flee from scene of incident as well. Would not deal with someone with this attitude, imagine trying to get a warranty claim
Took my old drive belt in, they measured it, found a compatible part in parts book and ordered it in for me, couple of days later I picked up the new part. Polite and helpful, easy as.
Needed a special order mower part, staff were friendly and helpful and the part arrived when they said it would. They seem to be better equipped to deal with older, hard to get parts.
Purchased my Craftsman from them a few years ago. within a couple of months it needed new deck spindles because it shouldn't mow or get near water, hmm grass is 90% water?? the hour counter is a no go as are the lights, the steering wheel had to be replaced, continues to wobble around and the seat has cracked, this was all in the first year and yep not covered by warranty it then needed a service, overall the service was more than i pay for my Prado to be serviced. I chose never to go back there as i found someone much better that pick any of my gear, take it away fix it and deliver it back within a few days. Ive never had a service higher that $145.00 hmm go figure. Need to look after your customers and think about your pick and drop of charges, im aprox 2ks from the shop and still $50.00???
Small business that tries and cares about getting it right. Their mechanic gives you a world of confidence and knows his craft. They appear to do repairs for a lot of repeat local contractors which says it all.
Where do I start.. needed some new belts for our mower. 5 long weeks later after following up 3 times have been told they are still on back order???? Would like to know where the hell they're coming from. Service has been terrible ... was told the back order was coming from interstate, still waiting. Don't waste your time .
