Location is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. After hours  check in was easy. The apartment was spacious and clean with a small balcony. A couple of towel rails and a soap holder in the shower would be appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 4/5

I lived at The Miro for 12 months in a one bedroom apartment. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to James Street, Howard Smith Wharves and the City. The internal courtyard of greenery keeps the property cool, and the air and environment fresh. Adam and his team manage the property very well, providing a secure, safe, quiet and friendly environment. I highly recommend The Miro.

Everything was perfect! It was a great family getaway apartment with everything we needed. Location was walking distance from everything and the staff were a pleasure to talk to :  Rooms: The rooms are a great size! The room was pretty good overall and the parking was convenient for an extra fee. It was a bit annoying that the lift was out of order when I was checking in meaning I had to lug my bag up two big flights of stairs - however this isn't really the Miro's fault though and the lift was back working after a couple of days.  My biggest problem was with the customer service. After confirming with the front desk that I could have mail delivered and pick it up from reception, an employee of the Miro let himself into my room while I was getting changed in order to leave the envelope inside. This invasion of my privacy made absolutely no sense to me and after bringing it up later with reception there was no real attempt made at an apology. Not sure why on earth this is their policy! Would not recommend staying here.

The best apartment I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building. High quality rooms and high quality service. Staffs were very hospitable. I had a great experience with the Miro Apartments.The rooms were wonderful, clean, spacious and perfect for our family. I also loved the fact that we had balcony in our apartment. Also, the property is located in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good size apartments for a longer stay.  WiFi was fast and easy, parking provided and when I locked myself out, I discovered they even had security on site overnight to help me. The location is the BEST, with easy walk to nearby cafes a nd restaurants, the ferry services only a few minutes walk. We were surprised for the value for the value for money we got in the location and would gladly returnn

Wasn't what we had expected our understanding was we had booked into Atrio apartments, as I had called Atrio apartments phone number directly. The apartment is in need of refresher, the lower bedroom doesn't have a door, it has a sheer curtain which needed a good clean as it's stained. There was some previous damage in the apartment that needs to be addressed. The main complaint I have is not having hot water, I spoke to staff the next morning and they did follow up however only the bedroom downstairs and the kitchen improved, upper bedroom shower you needed to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to have a very lukewarm shower. On check-out I spoke to the reception about my concerns, the reply was it looks like you got the faulty towers apartment.

We stayed at Miro for a month and had a great time, apartment was a good size, location was fantastic and management was very helpful, would definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.Rooms: 5/5

Great apartments with fabulous balcony. Great location and friendly staff. I would have given higher rating if the showers had half decent pressure. Was barely more than a trickle. Also beds need either replacing or putting a thicker mattress topper on. I could feel the springs. Other than that, I loved its quirkiness. Kitchen was awesome
