The hotel is lovely - beautiful decor and amenities. The staff/service was hit or miss. ex: I'd asked for an extra pillow and the one provided showed up with stains and hair on it - unfortunately despite follow up there was no response to this. Other than this experience the staff were mostly helpful.
As someone who travels for work this was perfect, free wifi, easy casting to tv, free mini bar and real coffee pod machine in the room. I even lost my hair tie and there was one in the shower accessories bag. Super stylish quality rooms and furniture. You guys are awesome keep up the good work!
