Fit out is pretty nice for a pub and menu is not bad also. Lots of different areas to sit in but unfortunately all of the indoor spaces were pretty noisy with relatively loud music. Should have sat outside even with the cigarette smoke (the door to the smoking area was open so the stink came inside anyway) as it was quiet enough to have a conversation there. Food itself was a bit inconsistent, my pork and gravy/sauce was nice but the potato puree was a very dry mash. My companions enjoyed their dishes so maybe I was unlucky. Would return and probably sit outside next time.

The burgers here are very average. It’s a burger I want to enjoy and want to remember, but sadly don’t. I had the Maple Bacon burger, the bun seemed harder and breadier than it looks. The meat was cooked well but the other ingredients seemed overpowering. It isn’t a bad burger but it isn’t the best. Overall the atmosphere was good but cash only at the bar, so if you want a beer with it, bring along cash. If I’m in the area and starving, I’d swing through but I won’t go out of my way to eat here again.

The Mill Hotel wad easy to find and we found it a pleasant place to be. Staff were friendly and polite. The bistro was open and welcoming with a good range of food at reasonable prices.

The Fried Broccolini and Lentil Salad was delicious and the produce fresh. The staff were attentive and polite. The premises itself was clean and tidy and there was no over bearing stale beer smell that is usually associated with hotels. There was plenty of eye candy which made the night even better.

Great place for family good staff. Exellet food and great outdoor area. But the bouncer need to pull there heads they should not be so intimidating
