Extremely disappointed that raffles on friday night. No explanation given and no warning given to members. Food is good but children run out of control chasing one another around restaurant.

Have been there for the buffet. Best RSL buffet compared to a few others I have had around Sydney. The menu is almost same every day so can soon get boring. Plates are not that clean

Absolutely horrible this star buffet was. The staff are rude. The food was horrible. Little selection, nothing for toddlers. Nothing was fresh, everything was empty. We went as a group and someone had to join to sign the rest of us in because we lived within a 10km radius! 10KM! Will not be returning to bankstown rsl.

One of the female receptionist staff is very rude and condescending towards non-Australian citizen. Such lack of multi cultural awareness is a disgrace to our community. It's also very unfortunate making a complaint is quite difficult because all you can get hold of is their reception. Would never go near this club again! What a shame!
