Thank you for the lovely service & food & drinks, felt very welcomed & well looked after. The meals were very tasty & prompt, steak was cooked perfect, only thing was chips were not very hot. Really appreciated the birthday cocktail it was very nice & also the birthday discount, everyone enjoyed, thanks so much we will be back.

We stayed at The Lucky Hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are located above a busy pub with live music and DJs at the weekend, but ours was very well soundproofed so we didn’t hear a thing. The room itself was comfortable, though it did have a slightly foosty smell.nWe ate in the bar one evening — the food was simple but tasty and good value. The drinks selection was fine, but it would be nice to see a few more bottled beers, especially some continental options like Stella Artois or Heineken. We actually went to a nearby bar for a bit more choice.nOverall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay — good atmosphere, friendly vibe and solid value for money. Four stars from us.

We were here on a Friday night and atmosphere was fantastic. Great rooms and lighting and live music. Beer was good, steak fine but not amazing. Chicken parmigiana was delicious and highly recommend! Will be back.

We stayed here for two nights and honestly had such a great experience. The place was  clean and all the staff were really kind and friendly which made us feel very comfortable.Before we arrived, they let us know there was an event happening, and it actually turned out to be really good. They even gave us VIP tickets which was such a nice surprise.The location was also really convenient and easy to get around from. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Newcastle
