The staff are very professional courteous and delightful to deal with. My GP Jasleen Gill exemplifies everything that one would expect of a caring doctor who has your health and welfare as her primary concern. I would not hesitate in recommending this facility to anyone with a health issue.
Receptionist are really rude and have poor customer service, went and took my grandma there for a appointment that they made her and we were waiting 40 minutes because the doctor kept seeing his regular patients.. don't give someone a appointment time if your not going to atleast advise that he's going to see his regulars first
Been attending this service since its opening I'm very happy with quality of Doctors and staff here Regards Meredith L Bognar
This medical practice is not what it used to be since Dr Bevan and the other older drs retired All of the doctors are abrupt and non caring almost to the point of medical gaslighting never listen and rude If you go into see a doctor which I have done you wish you never went After being a patient there for a number of years I have had enough
The doctors for the most part are amazing. One or 2 are completely rude when you have let something go for so long and finally get it checked. The reception staff member at Gatton Deb I think her name is. Was Sunday duty 23/1 was a complete you know what to a pregnant woman who was in for a pregnancy check and for another woman who had to wait outside with her baby and came to ask how much longer only to be abused by this reception woman. She has no kindness or understanding toward paitents. She is horrible and nasty!! Talking about other paitents to incoming paitents!!!! This staff members behaviour is disgusting. Then spray PEOPLE with disinfectant spray and then abusing people cause they cough BECAUSE of the spray!!!! I get it's covid and a dr surgery etc I completely get that BUT come on!! Be more compassionate!!!!
the only doctors practice i go to where i am treated as a human and not a number or just another patient who is in pain or sick! love Dr Angela and am grateful to all the beautiful reception girls who are there to assist not to mention my wonder nursing staff !!!!
I’m a Brisbane city girl, but I’ve visited this surgery several times when visiting/accompanying my country bumpkin partner, who always speaks of/with all the nurses & his doctor like they are neighbours. & even on my first accompanied visit, I was so surprised they all treated him like a good neighbour. I still receive many hugs & kisses from the nurses especially from Narelle & even his doctor speaks to me as if we are all family. If every surgery operated this way, I’m sure we would be a much healthier nation.
Had a pretty bad experience with this practice regarding pre-employment medical. Rather than saying that they could not handle the scope of my pre-employment medical they went ahead and proceeded to half do it. I went to another practice and they were able to do it for half the price. It cost me over $300 extra than it should have.
I'm very disappointed with the service I received yesterday and it confirmed that I should avoid this practice as much as possible. In fact, I only went there yesterday because my regular GP was closed because it was a public holiday. There are three main reasons why I was very disappointed. First, their website states that they don't make appointments on public holidays, but when I arrived I was told that I should have an appointment and that they don't do walk-ins. If I had known that, I would have definitely made an appointment because there's no way I'd want to wait for hours with a sick baby. It would've been better to wait at home until we had to go in. Second, the receptionist was quite rude in her dealings with me when I tried to be understanding. After having waited for more than an hour and seeing people go in who had arrived after me, I asked about when we could see the doctor and she said that we were last but she'd ask if we could go in early because my baby was tired, sick, grumpy, and crying hence annoying others. Miraculously, we could go in next but the doctor had no idea that who we were. That is, the receptionist was gatekeeping because she didn't want us to be there. Third, the doctor wouldn't look at us while speaking and was somewhat dismissive of the situation. He didn't even tell us his name neither did the receptionist, so I don't know who he was. Overall, if I could give 0 stars, I would. When a business advertises that they do not take appointments, then they should not. When people are not 100% ie when they're sick, the support staff should be a little more understanding particularly given these circumstances. If I had known what this experience was going to be like, I would've gone to the hospital or driven to Toowoomba or Ipswich to find a GP that was open. I won't come here again, regardless of the situation.
Dr. Bevan and staff are caring, excellent and my family always feel well looked after ,never rushed and confident that they are always educating themselves further for patient benefit ,,if my regular GP is busy ,it is a smooth transition from one Dr. to another with accurate records ,highly recommend all their practices
