I recently attended Exact Radiology Gatton not for the first time and once again was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. From the ladies at the front desk to the technicians who did my scans and we're so patient waiting for me to be able to move through the pain, they were nothing but caring and professional. Thankyou so much.
I've had everything from ultrasounds to CTs to that crazy circular head x-ray done at the Gatton clinic and really appreciate the consideration shown. Yes, the receptionists are busy, but they've also gone above and beyond to help me when necessary. Thanks, Ladies! Special shout out to Ron the Ultrasound Guru - he's found things that were missed and been there scan-by-scan.
I had 2 ultrasound examinations done within a month of different areas. They were both carried out by Ronal. He was exceptionally professional and informative of the process. He also helped me to get the one report done urgently as it was required by the insurance company. Thanks Ronal. Keep up the good work in Gatton. Your friendly and kind service is appreciated.
I needed to look up the clinic address on "maps" and noted some reviews which seemed to be a bit negative directed at the reception/wait times. When I arrived both receptionists were busy but pleasant; it turns out my radiology request had been prepared incorrectly which meant the receptionist needed to contact the hospital and get the corrected information, requiring several calls to hospital departments and finding listed doctors to be able to authorize then receive the imaging. It takes time, my guess is happens often enough and is in no way the receptionists fault. The technicians were great; efficient and courteous...overall it was a good experience.
Exact radiology were amazing!!!! We travelled from kingsthorpe to Gatton to have my 13 year old daughters echocardiogram done because toowoomba had no appointments for 1-2 moths. The staff were all so wonderful and kind from the receptionist to the tech Paul who tid the echo. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease which can be hard because she is a very anxious and shy girl. I would travel that far again happily.

Rude and Racist reception staff. One of the young blonde girls is extremely bad. Been there twice with my wife and the young lady was the only one behind the desk and refused to help us. We had to wait until another receptionist arrived to help us. Meanwhile every other person got served by her with no issues at all. Considering we have never dealt with this clinic before from our first 2 visits I have found their reception staff one in particular to be extremely rude!!
Very friendly reception ladies and Gus was an outstanding radiologist. He provided detailed information regarding my entire procedure and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely brilliant. Also the doctor was very professional and very caring. Thankyou for your excellent care.
Waiting in line at reception was too long, an elderly nearly pass out in front of us, we provide a chair for her. My elderly mother struggle to stand that long. Only one lady was serving while the other was busy with paperwork. The radiographer was lovely!
The rudest receptionist this morning, if you dont like your Job then by all means, get another one! i will suggest you go else where especially if your under workers comp, i would rather travel 200 km to another site to avoid this negative atmosphere!
