Got sent to get X-rays with something stuck in my throat and couldn’t get back in for over a week an ended up in hospital! The next week got my kids out of school early for a doctors app but they made the appointment for  another surgery! The when I said to the receptionist I’d been waiting for 3 days for the appointment she was so rude and said it’s not my fault and didn’t help at all! Are we in Australia or America?

Requested a copy of my brothers full medical file to be transferred to his new Dr and was told that my brother who is on a disability pension would have to pay a $500 fee for them to do that. Have to say I'm really disgusted that a Drs clinic would charge such a fee, in all my years working in health care i have never heard of such an overinflated charge which allows you to access your OWN medical information. What is this world coming to.

So glad to have found a good surgery... ! Doctors genuinely take a keen interest in your well-being and services are not rushed ! Appointments are always on time and staff is very courteous and accommodating.

I highly recommend the Dr's here! First surgery I've found where the Dr's are friendly and take their time to make you feel important and listen to your concerns . Easy to get appointments and always a friendly service!!

One Doctor here gave me dangerous information about my regular medication, one the Chemist questioned it and called to confront him. Now when trying to make an appointment  I was told I could no longer attend the practice... The Doctor is a Dangerous and VERY bad person! Please, attend one of the other practices in the area.

I was so happy to find this surgery. They are great doctors very helpful and caring with a great nurse .

Have always found the doctors and staff to be first class. I still go there even though I no longer live in Gatton.
