Bought four coffees this morning and a juice. Juice was great but all four coffees were an inch or more below the top of the cup. Seriously it isn’t hard to do coffees properly.

Lovely service from the lady at the till, however $13.50 for a small coffee and peanut butter toast is a little outrageous.

This place is hopeless. The waiter was so rude it was atrocious. I definitely won’t be returning to this hole.

The local trade used to be our favourite cafe in Sydney but returning there today was a terrible mistake. The menu has changed, and so has the service! Not only are some of the items no longer available but the quality of the food has diminished so far that we won't be returning. The burgers were raw and dripping with oil, the mushrooms were too salty to eat, the rest of the breakfast plate was bland and lacked any trace of flavour, and the chips were as hard as rocks. The atmosphere as set by the staff was highly negative and we really had to push to get any kind of attention. It used to be difficult to get a seat with long lines, though they moved quickly. Today there was lots of spare tables and they appeared over staffed and more focused on chatting to one another than serving patrons. Their menu is no longer inclusive as it is trying very hard to be fancy but doesn't hit the mark and comes across without flavour - we really hope they revert to their old ways which had us travelling hours just for a great meal.

Great buttermilk pancakes! They are sooo big and I couldn't finish them but it tastes really good. Wasn't a fan of the lemon curd ice cream on top though. They also sell The Rabbithole organic chai which I was surprised by! The staff are very kind and friendly. Originally I wanted their cured salmon salad but they ran out that day so that was a bit disappointing. Overall a cute and small brunch place in The Hills!
