I don't like giving 5 stars for much because to me that means that everything was absolutely perfect with no way to improve and then what's the point in giving criticism? But oh my god their service is amazing, my hair looks exactly how I want it and the hairdresser put up with how picky I was with what I wanted, and even helped me select products to use, how to apply them and was a very nice person to talk to.
