I got a mini manicure which means just a file and polish. The lady was lovely to me but unfortunately I didn't like my nails afterwards. The nails were not completely covered and I didn't think it looked smooth so I will be having them redone once I am back in Hawkes Bay.  EDIT: After my review the Beauty Depot immediately replied and then refunded me. Thank you, for that I really appreciate the quick response.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I have been going to the Beauty Depot for many years now and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have also had many treatments and have enjoyed them all. My favourite Treatment would be Island Retreat. It really makes you feel like being away on holiday. Again awesome service. The atmosphere and staff were really lovely but unfortunately the service I received was not so good. I have heard GREAT stuff from friends re: Waxing Services however at the time I needed to get eyelash extensions. Unfortunately they turned out to be terrible and took almost an hour and a half which I don't mind if it's good service. They were uneven one side thicker than the other, with a big gap in one side and were both shaped unevenly - I ended up getting them removed and replaced by KESS in Wellington 2 days later. I'm sure this service will get better and yet to try the Waxing, have heard nothing but great things about the waxing. All the best and kia kaha @BeautyDepot :
