I went for a cut today. Customer service was excellent. But I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome. Not only did I lose half of my hair length today,  which was unnecessary because I had my ends cut off the other day  but the bottom of my hair  back of my head  turned out shorter than the rest of my hair ??? I asked for a layers ? Seems like i got my ends layered ??? My bangs turned out uneven. One side thicker than the other AND one side looks like it was just snipped off !!! I should have followed my guts and walked out as soon as she started straightning my hair to cut it....
