Story

The J is a vibrant and dynamic Centre right in the heart of Noosa.
The J provides a much sought after venue for events, programs and activites which reflect a wide range of cultural, artistic and recreational and educative interests.

Our state of the art building features a versatile auditorium which can be configured with retractable seating for up to 338 people, table seating for 250 or an open plan hall with 500 pax standing room. The Centre also contains a lounge and recreational areas, meeting and workshop spaces and catering facilities - all of which are available to hire.

Amazing acoustics; well laid out; 3 levels of seating flat close to the stage, slightly sloped behind them and a mezzanine at the back without approx 23 rows all up; comfortable seats; clean toilets; adequate bar facilities; relatively intimate for the ~ 400  sized audience.

What an incredible venue. Our first visit but we have already booked two more visits for 2023. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Venue itself is not large, but a perfect size that even the back rows of the theatre are fantastic. Such a variety of performances coming up to ensure we will be back time and time again. Thoroughly recommended.

Having attended the Sandy Bolton Queensland Day awards, the J was the perfect venue. Clear acoustics, comfortable seating arrangements, and a very entertaining mc.

Good venue have been to The J on several occasions for comedy show the most recent Melbourne comedy festival its a relatively small venue with limited parking. The J is a licensed venue, and there are multiple bars onsite.nSeveral restaurants are close by.

Been performing here since it opened! Feels like home nAlways a good crowd at our shows. A great space
