I regret to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the handling of my enrollment process and subsequent removal from the course post-census date. Despite timely enrollment, creation, and delivery of a purchase order facilitated by my employer, I find myself in a predicament where I have been unexpectedly excluded from the course. This has caused considerable stress, especially given the significant time and effort invested, including late nights and assignment submissions. Additionally, the lack of access to study materials and unresolved pending assignments exacerbate the situation. While I have sought assistance from the support team, the response has been limited to assurances of further action without concrete resolution. This experience has regrettably dampened my enthusiasm for learning at this institution. I urge a thorough review of your enrollment processes and support mechanisms to ensure a more seamless and professional experience for future students.
Worst university with no proper procedure in terms of admission.Apparemtly is ha ding out coe to every single students and after they apply for visa the representative calls students and tells them they don't have seat anymore.what kind of logic is that.did they staffs didn't know about the seats limit before giving coe to students? Is meant to be one of the best University. I don't even know how they give proper education when they don't even have professionalism.
Hi all international studentsnWhat is such a worthless uninI started my course for Bachelor in Agriculture 2022 and most of the agriculture subjects has to be practical but they didn’t provide any single class of any subject face-to-face.nI came here that my Visa condition was on campus study which is totally opposite what I found in here, apart from this, When I enquired about that why You are not providing face-to-face classes then they said that because of Covid but Covid was completely gone at the end of 2022.nnThat’s not a worth for what I paid, every international student pay four times than domestic students, however I didn’t get any support in this matter.nnWhen I put the complaint against this matter, then they didn’t help me out, which was very annoying.nnTotally worthless university for international students to be honest.nnI didn’t expect that
Very disappointed with the level of student support in the medical imaging program. I needed answers regarding the removal of our VR simulation activities as these helped me learn the most. Didn't even get a reply from the HOC of Medical Imaging.
I did submit an official complaint but it was not helpful this university never makes any decision which is helpful for international students which is very ridiculous. they just say sorry or apologies, thts all they can do.nI strongly recommend to don't choose this university.
