Reviews

Used these guys a number of times and have never had any issues.  I have used their dry cleaning, ironing and mending services and always been met by a friendly person at the counter.

Happy to be the first to review.  Unfortunately, its not positive:
- The general customer service is ok, nothing great, nothing bad.  
- They used to be able to keep track and provide you a print out for your tax, but that's not an option anymore apparently.
- Ironing was very average - not worth paying for IMO.  Better off elsewhere.
- Dry cleaning was ok
- My final experience with these guys was, however, very irritating and unpleasant.  The hemming they did in my pants came undone within 5 months.  I went back with the receipt for them to correct it, only to be told they would not fix them, and I would have to pay again!  They shop lady claimed ignorance - "only doing what I'm told" - she gave me the head office number, at which after 5 call attempts, 3 messages left, I got no where.  Very disappointed, especially with so many dry cleaning and ironing options around.  I don't see these guys lasting.
