My partner and I left a mattress protector with these guys and a weeks job they said turned into 2 months and we still haven't got it back.  If you care about your stuff don't even think about going here you might not even get it back.

My wedding dress was returned with leaves and grass still in the hem. Expected better for the $375. I won't be back.

Had a pair of trousers dry cleaned and went to wear them for the first time only to realise the marks I had got them cleaned for were still there. When i inquired I was told there was nothing they could do. I was a regular costumer but I won't be any more.

Picked up my suit and shirt and was not advised that their was still marks on the suit when collecting. It wasn't until I returned home after hours and checked the Garment and noticed marks on it. When I phoned the owner to try and get the problem resolved I found him very unhelpful and when I was trying to get my point accross to him politely that if I was shown this when I was collecting we could have come up with a solution then and there he told me that he had to go. Subsequently I now don't have a clean suit to wear to the wedding.

Wouldn't use them again. Not helpful
