Been here a handful of times and never have had a problem. 

The staff are very honest. Had a stain on my blanket and the owner said it was unlikely to remove the stain, but there will be no smells after the cleaning. Decided not to proceed and picked up the blanket the next day. 

Since then I have used both the dry cleaning and mending services. Both had good turnaround times.
