Ì have visited the stocking shop on four occasions and very happy with the quality of my purchases. The first three times the staff were most helpful and respectful. However on my fourth visit I was served by an older person,she was quite abrupt and seemed to want to get me out of her shop. Now I just walk past and admire. I have white hair.
The Hobart Stocking shop has good old fashion customer service which is top notch! My girlfriend was looking for a clutch for a gala and the girls working where so helpful and help her choose the right clutch! It’s little things like that that can make a shopping experience so much better!
Poor customer service, would of purchased more than 1 item, even my 7 year old said she wasn’t very helpful
This is the widest selection of stockings, socks etc. I have ever seen in one store. Plenty of plus sizes as well and something for every taste. The staff was very attentive.
In early September I visited this shop and purchased a pair of socks, as they have a great range. It's a pity I can't say the same of the staff - very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Not a happy experience
One of the older, short-haired shop assistants constantly glared and scowled at myself and my friends. We were even accused of stealing for simply holding items. No baskets available so you have to make do with your hands. Nice range of stockings but very expensive and marked-up.
Attentive service but why have stockings from the one designer in 2 different locations of the shop? Lets hope its not because they don't want any sizing over Medium to be front and centre! "Sorry Naomi Campbell, your size is out the back"!
I've always loved this shop. It moved from cat n fiddle to Centerpoint and kept it's charm lovely staff
A great find on the centrepoibtarcade!. Up to date styles of military, throws, tops and of course stockings. Worth the visit. Great shopping for Mother's Day especially.
Great customer service I always try to pop in here when in the city and usually buy something they have lovely easy wearing clothing too a nice selection
