Female staff member is rude and patronising. She’s there most of the time, possibly a manager. Extremely condescending and flippant, especially if only making a small purchase or browsing. Not sure she’d be any better if you spent more. Multiple poor experiences now. Glad there is Seed in Myer and it can be purchased online. Shop is cluttered and messy.
I went there last Thursday at lunchtime and one of the staff in the shop was very nice and helpful, giving me advice on dresses.
The staff member who served me was wearing her mask around her chin and pulling it down to speak. After I had bought a pair of jeans I said that I, and most likely others, would feel more comfortable if she wore her mask properly as we are all required to do. She raised her eyebrows, looked away and just didn't respond, completely ignored me. Extremely poor behaviour from someone in customer service and coming into contact so with many people per day.
One of the sales ladies here is quite racist. Avoid if you're not Caucasian - take your money elsewhere. Seed head office - you should take note of the negative reviews from this store are primarily from people of diversity.
One of the lady in the shop is sooooooo rude, standing in counter with nothing to do, and asking customer to put back clothes on shelf. Pls think twice before u visit this shop.
The retail assistant is racist. If you're not caucasian, don't bother going.
The one stop shop for everything baby to toddlers and up. Mind you not the cheapest but quality goods! Top floor Eastlands. Access for all.
