I have never shopped here, I really have no idea what I am doing but needed something for a funeral. Agneta assisted me & I really have to say she was amazing, so helpful & really lovely to deal with, she picked all the right items for me every thing I picked myself was wrong thank you again for making a trip in I was not looking forward to very easy & enjoyable. :

Wow! Just wow. These guys went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to wear for a colourful funeral. They ordered what i needed that wasn't it stock. The warehouse sent it parcel Post instead of express. The lady manager?? Even offered to collect the same item from Launceston for me personally! Did what she had to do to have the item re shipped from Launceston but express. So many good things to write here, but not enough room. Nobody does this type of old school customer service anymore. Kudos to you guys. You deserve a pay rise just for being you. You now have a lifelong customer. Thanks for helping me so kindly and willingly. Tash

I loved the service - the two ladies working when I visited were so friendly and helpful! Thank you for the pants recommendation absolute gorgeous especially when paired with the tops I bought and suggestions on how to maintain each piece in good condition.  I will be back to buy more for sure!

I usually don't write reviews, One of the Pants a bought recently popped the zip out during work, I went in there expecting a stitch, They immediately offered a new pair of pants and offered me to keep the old one for cheapest. Absolutely amazing staff, Every staff who works at the store are so helpful. I would always end up going there just for their amazing service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They really try to help you find the right clothes for your occassion and their current season wear is really nice.

Best customer service in Hobart, nothing was a bother, will be shopping there again and more importantly I will be telling everyone to shop there
