Great Hotel. Owners are wonderful and very helpful, thank you for being so kind and happy. It makes a huge difference to your stay when you feel welcome.nThe rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of smaller hotels and this one is one of the BEST. I can not recommend it strongly enough.nnClose to everything and easy to find. My partner really loved the comfortable bed.
Modern, spotlessly clean, large rooms. All well maintained. Beds and linen were classy and very comfortable. Room was Air-conditioned and had well fitting blackout curtains.nBathroom was large ,modern and well stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels.nStaff were friendly , had excellent customer service skills and were very knowledgeable about the district and attractions.nBooked directly with motel. Price was value for money.
Stay here often and can highly recommend this motel. Owners are just amazing and very helpful. They go way above. Staff are nice to. Clean and very welcoming. Great location and great amenities. Pool area is also amazing. Best motel in Bendigo. Highly recommend
When you first drive into The Heritage, the first thing that catches your eye is how clean and well-maintained the exterior looks. Walking into reception, you're immediately greeted with warm hospitality and kindness. The check-in process was effortless, filled with lots of laughs, and the owners are absolutely lovely—nothing is ever too much trouble. We truly appreciated the personal touch.nnThe car parks are spacious and can easily accommodate larger vehicles, like 4x4s, with plenty of room to spare. As we opened the door to our room, we were met with a feeling of relaxation and cleanliness—it was spotless! A big shout-out to the cleaners for their excellent work. The room itself was generously sized, with ample bench space for bags and personal items. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, including tea, coffee, milk, a toaster, microwave, hairdryer, and a small bar fridge. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the linens were crisp and fresh.nnOur room had a queen bed and a king single, both incredibly comfortable, with no shortage of pillows or bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The air conditioner was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, keeping the room perfectly cool.nnThe pool and spa area are absolutely magnificent—complete with security gates, lush grass, plenty of shaded spots, and an abundance of seating. There’s even a beautiful cabana area with a BBQ for guests to use, and the palm trees and fairy lights really set the perfect holiday vibe. We spent a lot of time here, chatting with fellow travelers and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.nnThe location couldn’t be better—just a quick 2-minute walk across the road brings you to a pub, a bottle shop, and a supermarket. Plus, it’s an easy walk into town for exploring. We’ve already decided that this will be our go-to place whenever we visit Bendigo for events in the future.nnThank you again to the owners of The Heritage for making our stay so enjoyable. The owners are so awesome and helpful, they go above and beyond to meet your needs. The rooms are very clean. The location is everything you need within walking distance.nHighly recommended
