My husband and I stayed for a week. From arrival Lisa who is onsite 24/7 was so wonderful. The best greeting I have ever had on arrival at a motel, so friendly. The room was so nice and so clean. After going out each day the room had towels changed and everything topped up. I can 100% recommend an enjoyable warm and friendly stay. Oh and also the price was great. Thanks Lisa and cleaning staff, we will be back.
For the price point was nice and clean and had all that we needed.nA comfortable bed, hot shower.nTea & coffee. Had a hair-dryer although if you want to dry long hair or style I would take your own. Didn't bother me, just took a bit longer.nAll in all I would stay again.
I booked and paid for accommodation for 2 nights for Lost Trades in Bendigo, but had to cancel due to being stuck in Brisbane unable to fly because of the cyclone. The motel refused to give me a refund saying it was because they had a hard time during Covid having blatant disregard for my situation with the cyclone. They also resold the room to someone else making double their money. I do not recommend booking with this motel. Very difficult and unreasonable to deal with.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lisa was particularly amazing - a true angel! I highly recommend them.
It was very close to the city's center and in a quiet location. Although it was an older style, it fitted us perfectly and was very clean and functional. The staff and owner were very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
