Amazing food, delicious cocktails, and great customer service. Despite the place being fully booked out, my waiter Tye went above and beyond and managed to squeeze us into a table which we really appreciated because it's so hard to find a table anywhere in Warnambool without a booking. Then staff were super attentive throughout the night with great service. Definitely worth the money. Compliments to the chef. P.S we had the lamb shoulder for two with the crispy pork/scallops and that sh*t was amazing.
definitely a worthwhile dinner. a very welcome difference in cuisine and experience in Warrnambool: a mixture of spanish and ‘mexican’ dishes. dishes are almost all executed to perfection. mostly no disappointments a solid 4.5 stars for casual- smart casual. helpful, professional and friendly service. popular with locals for something out of the ordinary and tourist alike.
Went here for dinner. Def need to book. They are very popular. Got the set menu and dessert. Tried a few of the cocktails and loved them all. Paid 129 for 2 people. 5 plates and dessert plus 3 cocktails and 1 beer. Great value for money and great food and cocktails!
Upon visiting this awesome restaurant we were greeted by Tye and he was able to find a table for two although the restaurant was booked out. What followed was a flurry of awesome dishes and spot on recommendations by the serving staff! The gem of restaurant and a jewel of a team.
Nice food/vibe, light at the bar for the tables next to it is too bright, tea light candles would be better.
Located in the town area in Warrnambool. Food and service are good. Worth checking out! We got the feed me menu and pricing was reasonable for the food we got.

The food of this place is very good and there is a good variety of tapas. The service also was great and very quick.Trying the fried camembert is a must!
In 2020 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary, Warrnambool was in a "hard" lock-down due to Covid-19, so we ordered-in at home from The Hairy Goat Tapas & Cocktail Bar to mark the occasion. We were very impressed with the food and service. Wouldn't you know it, but the Delta put us in lock-down again in 2021, though at least this year we were not confined to home. So we decided to continue the tradition by visiting The Hairy Goat for our 37th! Upon arrival, the check-in process and layout of the venue followed the Covid-safe guidelines and it was obvious that everything had been cleaned before we were seated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was prompt and efficient. The venue also had a cosy vibe. To mark the occasion we had a couple of cocktails to start which were perfect. As we enjoy sharing, we opted for the Special from the Tapas Menu where five selections were made by the Chef. This included arancini balls, soft tacos, pulled pork sliders, grilled corn cobs and salt and pepper squid. A carafe of their house-made Sangria complemented the meal which finished with a serving of churros to share. All-in-all, a very enjoyable evening and a great night out !! Thanks to The Hairy Goat and we'll see you next year, lock-down or not ;-
Meals and drinks Whisky sour Anchovies on sourdough Goats Dark and stormy Food was incredible, drinks made to perfection. Could fault what I had order to what I needed at the time. Service and atmosphere : Relaxing atmosphere Accomodating staff with table service Moving tables to accommodate single person Was exceptional service! They were very friendly, as me being a lone person, we so kind to ensure I was feeling comfortable. Will 100 percent recommend
