Great bar with heaps of atmosphere. The trivia night on Wednesdays is the best I've been to. The host is amazing and it was a ton of fun. They even do a meat tray raffle! The food's delicious and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back!
Average, frozen vegetables no taste steak very bland and rubbery. Service was excellent I might add, food was rubbish.

Such a great night at the cornerstone, trivia night was heaps of fun, the staff were so inviting and lovely! Definitely recommend the steak sandwich, not normally my first pick but was recommended by others and it was a winner all round! Charlie was one of our servers for the night and had great enthusiasm and energy, will definitely be coming back :
Very happy with this place. It was the first pub I had been to since the easing of the restrictions. The lamb cutlets are pretty incredible and the signature pie is a must try. Friendly service and great range of tap beers. As for the price, some of the items are a little pricey for a pub feed but that shouldn't deter you from at least trying it out - they do have cheaper options on the menu also.
We came here for a work function and ordered shots. Signs say $5 but after she charged us $15 without telling us what the $5 applied to . That's fine we charged it towards the tab. But I'd appreciate being told beforehand. Food was fine just a little overcooked for a medium rare steak.
Cool little pub in Port Melbourne. The food is all tasty, with a menu that will cater to most people’s tastes and dietary require. The selection of wine is pretty good, the craft beer could be better, it would be nice to see some independent brewers on tap but what they’ve got it ok. Book the swings if you can! What a great novel way to enjoy the outdoor space. Bangers and mash for reference :
First time visiting the cornerstone today and I absolutely loved it. Service was fantastic, the food was delicious and all staff were super friendly. I especially got some great service from a staff member named Paco. Overall, cannot recommend this place enough.
After waiting an hour for the food after we ordered, we had to ask the staff ourselves what was going on. After a couple more mins it came out but the time the food came out, chicken from the Parma was bland, my steak sandwich was very chewy and sweet, I couldn’t finish it. Staff are very causal here, not that much customer service provided. Atmosphere is nice and the addition of the band that night was nice though.
The website looks great. we booked a table for 10 people, and they said we had the wrong place. No problem, they set up a table for us. Then, when the garlic bread came out, it had mould on it. I could go on . The whole thing was unorganised, and it was disappointing.
