Magnificent venue and location. Unpleasant and unsatisfying customer service. I was informed by a staff member of a two for one dinner offer on Mondays, then when ordering I was told it was members only. Upon enquiring about membership I was told by the Manager on Duty that there was an additionial discount on drinks, to which I asked about the discount, I was told that it was "not for me to know" and "that it was confidential". The attitude and demeanour of the Manager was overwhelmingly negative and rude.
