Just had amazing customer service experience with Otto, he was so lovely and easy to talk to! Went out of his way to help out. There was a mistake made by another store, but Otto took that initiative to help out and fix that problem and gave me great solutions. So happy with his customer service!  He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about what he was explaining, and had my issues resolved in a mater of minutes. Absolutely amazing service!!!

Recently bought a few thousand dollars worth of household goods from this branch. Sales staff were fantastic and deserve a 5star for product knowledge, friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff at the collection depot where customers pick up their purchases deserve minus 5stars for the most uncommunicative, unfriendly, unhelpful, morose and shear rudeness. Made a very pleasant purchase memorable but for the wrong reasons.

Fleeced my partner's mother. Went in looking for a rice cooker and was sold something else.nnNot only that, but it is also obviously ex-demo and very old stock. Scratches all over, faded label and was poorly packaged once opened up.nnExtremely disappointing and predatory.

Staff are pleasant, but delivery not good. Over two and a half weeks now, is to long. No updates. Been calling all afternoon, no answer. Would have bought the item elsewhere.

Bad ever experience with online store. I ordered Motorola g75 256g paid by PayPal. No confirmation email. Been to store gave them order number. They did everything but could not find anything. escalated by chat nothing happened. Next day got text your order has been cancelled because of technical glitch. Called them they bounce my call from customer service to online support so many times. Finally one rep said I can replicate that order as deal I got finished. But I used my store credit so order cancelled but didn't get credit back . Rep said I will you back with your credit back . No one called. I call store credit helpline they said 3-5 days you will get credit back.Link she send me to replicate same order expires.nIts was surprise gift in family. When I call text good guys . surprise ruined.nnNever buy phone from Goodguys
