I was looking for a pair of jeans but the store was out of my size. Stacy came over and volunteered her time to help me find what I needed at another store. Not only that, she searched her system to see that two of my size had come in the stock delivery that day. Stacy went to check the storeroom and had her lovely associate Kiara searching through 7 boxes of stock to find the jeans for me. Excellent customer service from them both, thank you very much! I bought both pairs of jeans.

Very disappointing experience. The store advertised a product with a 60% discount, but at the checkout, they claimed the price was incorrect. If a price is publicly displayed, the store should honor it for customers. I even have photo proof of the advertised price. Additionally, some staff members were quite aggressive in their behavior, which made the situation even worse. Very poor service overall.

Absolutely lazy custom service becareful don't order online and go to pick up you'll be stone walled for half a hour then the say you need to collect the day after why doesn't your website say that?????

Tried to get my money back on an item that I purchased online for a friend‘s birthday. They said they could not give me the funds and made me wait four days for the funds to clear. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the manager of Shepparton big W and even she couldn’t help Ended up purchasing My item from JB hi-fi four days later not happy!!!!

Well stocked, neat and tidy store. Friendly, helpful staff
