Was told it was a 2 and 1/2 hr wait just to by a new phone cash, cause I needed an appointment. Went to Harvey Norman, and left within 5 minutes with the new phone. Went back later in the day to try and send my old phone off for a screen repair and was told it was a 45 minute process which is a ridiculous amount of time to just give them your phone to be repaired, and since it was half an hour before closing time, they weren’t even going to try. Asked if there is a way I could send it off myself, and no one knew, said they think there may be a way on the app, which I said that I tried and couldn’t find, and they just shrugged their shoulders at me. Why pay extra money for repair protection if they make it so hard to access and use. Absolutely worthless store.
Excellent service from Jeiel! He was patient, friendly and very quick to handle my phone upgrade. I wasn’t able to fill in a feedback survey as it never arrived to my email account and I was told this is the next best thing.
Minus 10 stars. Absolutely disgraceful service. Rang to get appointment, got one, only to be told that no record or booking so bad luck, have to wait. Waited over an hour, whilst 2 other clients got served, only to be told that we couldnt get product we were after. No avenue of talking to a real person that could assist us. Absolute horrible experience with totally rude staff that dont have any regard for clients. Don't have any idea of customer service. No staff there are worthy of their position. Typical telstra.
Didn’t get his name and couldn’t find how to give proper service feedback but who ever was looking after myself at 1:50pm 25-7-22 did a awesome job, I tried to call the store but got no answer because you’s were flat out but my account was locked, had to bring my mum down from Melbourne so we could both be there to authenticate my account, got it sorted quick as and was awesome customer service ! Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to do a personal review! But was great! Need more workers like that!
Great. Staff very good were able to get what we wanted. Item was properly explained and we went away happy.
Staff member Joel was a wonderful help in getting my email going again. His patience and help given to me much appreciated.
Waited and waited due to only 2 telstra workers. 1 was serving customers while the other ignored me. Really poor service. Stay away from this place people.

Sad. They don't know how to do anything but to sell you an extra speaker, can't even do non-sale procedures. It's important to invest in a company's reputation not just its KPIs. Also I was given an appointment with "no guarantee I'd be seen - turns out they use this just to get people to leave rather than help them resulting in a big waste of time
