Wish i could give a big ZERO star to customer service of this store. No help by staff because they are busy talking to each other and u r just standing there wondering someone will ask to assist. Hire more ppl and assist customers which is ur job. Went twice to buy a Vacuum cleaner but waited for 20-25 mins and no one came to help or even ask. Seriously manager needs to wake up.

It was the first time I went to good guys, I usually buy any sort of Appliances from Harvey Norman, however I asked them to give me a better price than what Harvey Norman had quoted me and they couldn’t even price match it let alone beat the price, which was disappointing since I thought they promote themselves as a business that beats prices. The sales rep I was consulting with was nice and friendly however the manager that she had to consult with was the decision maker. Aw well, I guess I’ll stick to harvey norman for better prices.

I love Good Guys,bought most of My household items from them. Yesterday I bought A Phillips 5000 series fan. Paid The Money in Melton Store, they checked there was 3 left in Store, in Hoppers Crossing. I told them I will pick today. The salesperson Told Me when I will pay they will contact hoppers crossing and hold One for Me. I drove 45 minute Extra From Work Straight to Hoppers Good Guys. Just to Find They Didn’t Have Any Fan, they were Negative 2 .thats what the girl from customer service said. I wasted my  90 minutes Drive Going there And coming Back. Why sell Something If they don’t Have. And Why  I was not informed it they didn’t Have Any left. Really Bad Customer service.wished they have done their job Properly. I rushed huffing and puffing after work just to be there in time , before their closing time at 5. Don’t Know should Be happy or angry. They have been A Bad Guys For Me for this Reason.

I popped in to your store on Monday for a small item and I just wanted to acknowledge the helpfulness of all the staff members at your store. Unfortunately, I only thought to get the name of the final staff member that assisted me.  I hope you will acknowledge Georgette on her excellent customer service and helpfulness.

Had my friend pick up my click and collect on my behalf on 27/02/2025 around 5:50PM-6:10PM and was told they could not release it to her because the identification she provided was her passport and not her license. Can someone please educate this staff member that a passport is an official government issued document therefore there shouldn’t have been any issues. Quite shocking the worker didn’t already know this.
