Rude staff: I went in today asking for a double size quilt cover. They didn't even check the computer or call around for me. The rude lady with the short white hair just said no no every one is out of stock. I walked out and called the airport west store and guess what they had what I wanted in stock. Such arrogant staff. You should be carful who you hire as there customer service was dreadful.

Extremely rude behaviour displayed by the young lady who was at the reception today at 1430hrs. Unfriendly and arrogant. Attitude was absolutely ridiculous. Staff like this young lady is shame for such a shop like Manchester... I have been so many Manchester shops, never had such a bad experience. This lady wasn’t even helping the customers to get things from the shelf...
