I recently visited the Sunbury store to purchase a few things and I was served by a gentleman named Peter T. Peter went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different products. Peter was so kind and he really made me feel like his number one priority, was to make sure I was making an informed decision about the products in my price range. I know I took up a lot of Peter’s  time but he never made me feel that way.  Thank you again Peter T

Went in store today, and was helped by Nigel. Have had experience of Nigels customer service before, its always been 5 star, whether Im spending $59 like last time or $1300 like today. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing is too hard, always goes the extra mile to help.  The Good Guys in Sunbury always makes you feel welcome, its like a good local family run store. Keep up the good works guys, it keeps me coming back.

I am setting up a home office. Can't recommend the two Chris' in the tech section and the gentleman who put the pricing offer together whose name I didn't catch and every staff member I had interaction with. Before, during and after the sale . Thank you all very much!

I was really impressed with my recent shopping experience here. The sales assistant, Claude, took the time to discuss different tvs, explaining the differences to justify the wide variance of prices and making it much easier to select a tv that suited my requirements.

Loved the service we received from Leanne in store today.  Good, old fashioned style! What a delight she was to deal with.   Needs to be more Leannes' in the world!

If you are needing the best possible service at the Sunbury store go and see Teresa she will help and answer any questions needed. Very friendly and helpful sales associate!

Bought most of my white goods  and electronics from this shop but lately the customer service is quite wanting. My last three visits, I felt that they were unavailable, indifferent & unfriendy.

The staff here are always willing to help or put you onto someone that can.  Reasonable range of products though they can order other stuff in.  This has become my go to store.

A big thank you to all the staff at good guys sunbury great help to us and a special mention to Chris.P.....thank you so much for  your great customer service and all your help..
