I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is the exception. Took my phone in for an extremely basic fix. After half an hour i got my phone back in a worse state than it was already in. Screen no longer sat flush, would constantly pop out, bits of debris were then trapped in the lense covers of the camera, and to make matters worse the phone was experiencing phantom touch, causing apps to open and close, calls to hang up, etc. I would take my phone anywhere else before i ever went back.
My phone is now beyond repair. Had it’s after market iPhone glass replaced, phone went crazy, texting and phoning people at random FaceTimed one person 35 times . Lady that originally did repair said had to wait a week for ‘ technician’ to fix it - he replaced glass but said if it happened again its the phones fault. It happened again. I got a second opinion and they said the grey line was the glass fault. Had to tell them this - he took hours but grudgingly fixed it. He broke the button but put on a digital button - I could not be bothered dealing with this couple any more. Every call I take gets disconnected - very bad with clients - have to save up for new iPhone now - will not recommend..

Bad customer service and greedy operator. DONT GET REPAIRS DONE HERE! Had my iPhone X fixed for the first time for $200. Pretty normal. Then I dropped it a week later and my phone is in a case with a screen protector on it so it didn’t break however the screen popped off so I returned it to the shop and the best they could do was give me $20 off a another one so I went elsewhere. The new shop told me whoever did the last repairs damaged the mainboard and the screen also should have been cover by manufacturers warranty. And they don’t use that type of screen that I got from the first shop because the quality is in there words ‘really shit’
Terrible repair job. Took an iPhone in for a cracked screen repair, came back with an unusable home button. Repairer denied any fault was present straight to my face. Terrible workmanship, do not take your devices there.
