Got a dozen last weekend, the quality definitely has gone down since we bought the last time before. Taste is too vinegary, probably very old batch. Not happy at all!!

I submitted an order for Kombucha and Jun Scoby and there was some delay in delivery, but understandably it was over Christmas period and whilst we live in a capital city in the North of Australia, it's not unusual to have delays. However, I sent two emails, 11th Jan inquiring about my order & 20th Jan asking some advice, I received no responses either. For a person new to making Kombucha, the information provided with the Scoby's is minimal.
