A 5 star outdoor furniture shopping experience.  Very helpful floor staff, huge range to choose from, high quality products at similar price to other places with lower quality lounges.  Excellent delivery service with courteous staff.  Don't waste your time with other big furniture franchises, come straight here!

Wow, came in to look at some outdoor settings yesterday and i can't stop thinking about the rudeness of the shorter lady with glasses on, she was so rude, spoke to me with a bad attitude and a snarl facial expression like a pitbull waiting to attack. No need for it! Think she might be the manager, feel sorry for the staff there

Very professional and helpful staff at jindalee TFS. Tamara gave us great suggestions on our mix and match outdoor setting so that we bought beautiful as well as personally practical for our space and comfort. They truly back their products as being the best quality and did not hesitate to replace my outdoor table that first arrived with a few scratches. The delivery people were equally helpful and very courteous and arrived prompt after calling ahead for delivery. They even presented me with a lovely scented candle in a modern concrete holder as a Xmas present -  very thoughtful and I thought a nice personal and rare touch.  I’ve already recommended TFS to a family member who loved our setting that much she went out and bought the same. Overall, great people to deal with at Jindalee and the company produces a quality product.

I live 5 hours away in a small country town. I had been looking for a suitable outdoor setting for almost a year and decided to try some places in Brisbane. Most places have the same ranges of furniture. The Furniture Shack in Jindalee had some lines of furniture I had not seen before. In 10 minutes and with the help of the staff I had selected a good quality setting for the right price but what I was most impressed with was the service I received after the sale was made. As the setting was a mixture of two separate settings there was a short wait for it to arrive in Australia then be delivered. I was kept informed of the progress all the way through. There was no delaying, no talking rubbish or making excuses, when I was told a time for it to be delivered it was there, service that you don't normally get in todays world.

Wow.... very impressed with the fantastic customer service that we received while purchasing our outdoor furniture. The girls knew their products and were very happy to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend The Furniture Shack.

The girls were very helpful and friendly. When my stain proof package didn’t arrive with my furniture Nikki personally drove out and delivered it to my house. Great customer service!!!!!!!!
