The website allows to book till 11:30 and then a lady calls saying ohh I can't stay back till 12 if you want to play at 11 come play otherwise cancel and if asked how to cancel and says it's on website. If you can't let us play on the timing on website don't put on website it's hard for us to manage everything.
Normally, we pay more than three times the usual amount for these matches, even though we play only half the usual time—just because it’s a tournament with a referee and an official system. But when there’s a referee who doesn’t watch the game and only blows the whistle when someone shouts, it’s almost impossible to play proper football. I’m definitely not planning to go there again.
Very disappointing experience.nThe football centre shows bookings available until 11:30 pm, but every time we book the 11:30 pm slot, the lady keeps telling us to play earlier. She keeps reminding us again and again to finish early.nAnd saying she has a job and cannot stay after 12 am, so this situation is very stressful. This has happened 3 or 4 times already. Sometimes we are told to cancel, and do refund.nBecause of this, we do not get to play properly at our booked time. It feels very unfair and unprofessional.nIf you cannot allow people to play at 11:30 pm, then do not show the booking as available.nOverall, a very bad experience. I feel really bad and disappointed. If this situation happens again and again then I would not recommend to others.
We had a very disappointing experience with this venue. Our booking for the soccer pitch was confirmed and fully paid, but it was cancelled just 20 minutes before our scheduled time. I had travelled over an hour from Rockingham, only to be turned away on arrival.nnCancelling at the last minute without offering a solution is not acceptable. This kind of unreliability shows extremely arrogance and terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place as they do not seem dependable.
