I attended Urgent Care Osborne Park last weekend.nSo professional and friendly. The admin and nursing staff were fabulous and Dr. Indi Wijegoonewardene was one of the best Doctors I think I’ve ever met. So kind, down to earth, professional, friendly and thorough with every single patient there. He was the only doctor on, but not once did you feel rushed.nI have bought family and friends here before, but this was the first time for me as a patient. For every visit, it has been a good experience each time.
Recently changed dentist to this surgery, Dr Mariana saw me at short notice and carried out a pretty major procedure painlessly and efficiently. All staff are lovely, highly recommended!
I attended SJOG urgent care on Sunday afternoon as I had developed a terrible cold and felt so unwell. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was seen within 15 mins by a nurse then Dr Terry who was fantastic. Within 40 mins I was x rayed and diagnosed with a chest infection! All within one hour. It was quite busy but Dr Terry was very efficient, Great sense of humour and friendly. I cannot praise this service enough, it’s not free but it’s worth all you pay as it’s such a good service and your not holding up A&E in hospital s
I flew back from Bali that morning and didn't want to go to the emergency room. Somehow found out about this place! It's amazing; it's like an emergency room but kind of just feels like you're at the doctor's. Once you get triaged the process is really quite quick, I went for x-rays, then say back down after 1 hour I was put into a bed and was fully examined and had the doctor go over my problem. Really recommend! There is out of pocket cost of something like$250 but it's worth it
Sorry but nothing urgent about my visit here today. Left waiting for 3 hours with no updates. Had to find someone twice to ask. Felt like I had been completely forgotten about. Didn’t seem like they were run off their feet and several times heard staff casually chatting between themselves. Was driving home and they called to let me know had given me the wrong script. My wife had a positive experience here previously. Seems very hit and miss depending on staff.
