I have been going to see Dr Kym Connor at this clinic for a couple of years. Dr Connor has helped me with many different chronic conditions and is alway suggesting different treatments and ways to treat my conditions.nThe staff at the clinic are helpful. The clinic is relatively new, always clean.nI’ve had to use Urgent Care as well. I didn’t have to wait long, the nurses are fantastic.nI would definitely recommend Dr Connor and this clinic to families in the area.
This urgent care clinic has plentiful parking, a comfortable waiting area, and an Australian Clinical Labs Pathology collection centre conveniently located inside.
Arrived with a very unwell daughter complaining of severe abdominal pain, nausea and a headache. Was met by lovely reception staff and seen by a lovely nurse. All felt very professional as one would expect for private health care. However there was ONE doctor on call and multiple patients before us. The doctor was in no particular hurry. Appalling for a private healthcare facility. If I wanted to wait four hours to receive medical attention I would go to a public emergency service. I walked out to seek help elsewhere.
Absolutely could not speak more highly of SJOG Urgent Care Osborne Park. We got there not long before closing and the receptionist, nurses, Doctor and Radiographer were so helpful, professional and caring. The facilities are excellent and clean. We had an assessment, xray, plaster cast and wound dressings all in one place. Highly recommend. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier for us!
The reception and nurses were great the first time I went with my child, but going recently to an appointment with a doctor for myself, I felt dismissed and judged. No care was taken to try to work out what the problem was. Very much lacking empathy. Ended up going to another doctor and have been referred for scans.
