To the Nurses, admin staff and Doctors thank you so much for the 10 out of 10 care you provided to my son for his hand. X-rays, surgeons called and a follow up call today, was the most amazing stress free care I have ever been provided. I highly recommend St John Urgent Care Osborne Park. Thank you all very much.
I went to this urgent care because apparently my daughter had a sprained arm.The doctor tried to back the elbow to the right place but couldn't. He repeated it 4 times without success and my daughter was crying in pain. His only solution was to put a “sling”on that really looked more like a rag. He didn't even prescribe medicine to reduce the inflammation or anything similar. This service is ridiculous.
Excellent experience today. We were seen by triage nurse within 5 minutes of arrival. Pain relief was given and we waited 15minutes for the Doctor. X-ray was taken and treatment provided with follow up appointment booked for the fracture clinic. All up we were in and out within 1.5hrs. All staff were friendly and professional and they spoke directly to my son 9yrs old throughout the process and let him know exactly what was happening.
I attended Urgent Care Osborne Park last weekend.nSo professional and friendly. The admin and nursing staff were fabulous and Dr. Indi Wijegoonewardene was one of the best Doctors I think I’ve ever met. So kind, down to earth, professional, friendly and thorough with every single patient there. He was the only doctor on, but not once did you feel rushed.nI have bought family and friends here before, but this was the first time for me as a patient. For every visit, it has been a good experience each time.
Han an encounter with a stingray this morning and needed stitches. Waited 5 minutes to be examined by a nurse and then another 40ish to see the doctor... I was numbed and stitched up and out in 1 hour and 40 mins total.nnStaff were all kind and attentive and were more than happy to answer questionsnnHighly recommend this place!
