Naomi Walker is one of the worst humans I have had the displeasure of coming across.nI had a lump and a lot of pain in my rib area. After she touched around the area for a maximum of 10 seconds and told me there is nothing. I said 'OK' as I am not arguing with a doctor. This was a massive mistake. Her extremely fragile ego thought that was unacceptable. She then says I will have to have an X-ray and an ultrasound done. I asked why it was being done if she said there was nothing wrong. I then got a verbal beating explaining that she will do what she wants to do and that I should be so lucky as no other practitioner will give me the level of care she has provided. She is absolutely right, she is definitely unique in her way of providing care. And this all cost $221. So if you want some lady to charge you through the roof for verbally abusing you, this place would be 5 stars for you.nnUPDATE:nI was contacted by Dr. Mike Wilson. I feel so bad for him because he seems to be knowledgeable, has a very good way of speaking with people and a lot of compassion. Unfortunately, this would be a perfect candidate for someone to be dealing with the public instead of the horrible Naomi Walker. Naomi will keep Dr. Wilson very busy as I'm sure he is constantly calling her patients to explain the 'confusions' every time. And I do not like that excuses are made on behalf of Naomi. The fact is Naomi is a horrible human being and should stop interacting with anyone or anything with a pulse. The damage that she done and will continue to do, is not something that even the charming Dr. Wilson will be able to fix. I do very much appreciate the call from Dr. Wilson regardless of the affect it had on my opinion of the establishment.
This urgent care clinic has plentiful parking, a comfortable waiting area, and an Australian Clinical Labs Pathology collection centre conveniently located inside.
Absolutely could not speak more highly of SJOG Urgent Care Osborne Park. We got there not long before closing and the receptionist, nurses, Doctor and Radiographer were so helpful, professional and caring. The facilities are excellent and clean. We had an assessment, xray, plaster cast and wound dressings all in one place. Highly recommend. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier for us!
The reception and nurses were great the first time I went with my child, but going recently to an appointment with a doctor for myself, I felt dismissed and judged. No care was taken to try to work out what the problem was. Very much lacking empathy. Ended up going to another doctor and have been referred for scans.
I had to go here this week and everyone that I spoke to was amazing; admin, nurses, doctor and radiographer. They had to arrange follow-up care at RPH and they made it easy. I was out of pocket about $140 bucks which when you think about it, is a bargain. I was there maybe 3 hours and left in a better condition than when I arrived. This is not somewhere you want to go, but if you need urgent care then you will be looked after.
