I have been going to see Dr Kym Connor at this clinic for a couple of years. Dr Connor has helped me with many different chronic conditions and is alway suggesting different treatments and ways to treat my conditions.nThe staff at the clinic are helpful. The clinic is relatively new, always clean.nI’ve had to use Urgent Care as well. I didn’t have to wait long, the nurses are fantastic.nI would definitely recommend Dr Connor and this clinic to families in the area.
I had to go here this week and everyone that I spoke to was amazing; admin, nurses, doctor and radiographer. They had to arrange follow-up care at RPH and they made it easy. I was out of pocket about $140 bucks which when you think about it, is a bargain. I was there maybe 3 hours and left in a better condition than when I arrived. This is not somewhere you want to go, but if you need urgent care then you will be looked after.
Excellent service from the lovely reception staff Amy and Louise, Kirsty the admitting Registered Nurse was very comforting, observant and had a high attention to detail.nPeter the Radiographer was very professional and courteous.nAnnabelle the treating Registered Nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable.nFinally, the GP Dr Niknam was very careful and considered in his approach, which optimised the medical treatment and outcome : !nOverall, the experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend this Medical Centre.
After a couple of days with a relatively minor, yet quite distressing problem, ... hoping it would clear itself up, ... I decided I needed to see a doctor. Unfortunately my usual GP was booked out till the following week ...nSo I ran St John's Urgent Care in Osborne Park and was able to get an appointment early the next morning .nAnd the doctor was able to resolve the problem within a few moments! ..., thank heaven, ... which was such a relief.nThankyou so much to Dr Paul Gannon and the whole team at St John's Urgent Care.nfor this great service.nI am very happy to recommend .. nEnjoy your day. nThankyou.
Arrived with a very unwell daughter complaining of severe abdominal pain, nausea and a headache. Was met by lovely reception staff and seen by a lovely nurse. All felt very professional as one would expect for private health care. However there was ONE doctor on call and multiple patients before us. The doctor was in no particular hurry. Appalling for a private healthcare facility. If I wanted to wait four hours to receive medical attention I would go to a public emergency service. I walked out to seek help elsewhere.
